First Steps at The Parent Connection
Are you a parent of a newborn or soon to be?
With the birth of a child comes many new and exciting challenges and it is possible to feel overwhelmed at times or have questions that may need answered.
FIRST STEPS is a program designed to provide support and information.
Just give us a call after the birth of your baby and receive any of the following that would be helpful to you. (It’s all free):
• A First Steps Sticker Calendar that will help you keep track of your new baby’s milestones during that busy 1st year.
• Information on weekly drop-in New Parent Groups. This is a great way to meet other new moms who are parenting a newborn and exchange thoughts, feelings, and ideas. The groups are free and all you have to do is just show up with your baby and check it out.
• A
Parent Educator Warm Line (week-days 8:30a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)
to help answer questions and give lots of support on topics like:
Feeding, Infant Development, Sleeping, and Sibling Rivalry.
FIRST STEPS is available to all parents of newborns.
Give us a call at The Parent Connection with any questions you may
have.
